Steve was an absolute lifesaver. I woke up to a canceled flight out of San Antonio and at 7:30 in the morning. I called and he was at the hotel by 8 o’clock and successfully got me to Houston airport for a noon flight. That trip from downtown San Antonio to Houston international was a three hour trip. On a Sunday! The car was clean and new and Steve was great to talk to. Thanks again for helping me get home on a day that started very badly!

Wow, what can I say? First of all, first class communication before our scheduled trip. Steve even sent us a Christmas card!!! He checked in the day before our trip and let me know he was on the way and on time. His large SUV was spotless, inside and out. Steve is an excellent driver and got us to our holiday party on time.
